Problem
The "Vah!" e-commerce platform had a fragmented experience that caused confusion for users and operational difficulties for the business. Product promotion, WhatsApp communication, and the purchasing process were not connected, leading to a high abandonment rate. Additionally, the lack of a unified system made it hard to track orders and turn inquiries into sales. A redesign was needed to integrate these processes into a more intuitive and efficient platform.

User flow, UI, and Prototyping
The offer launch flow on social media has been integrated with the user interface for a seamless commercial management and improved shopping experience. The new redesign allows users to easily discover products, access WhatsApp without interruptions, and make purchases quickly and smoothly. The updated design features a modern and clean layout, clear visual hierarchy, highlighted buttons for easy navigation, and well-defined sections for better organization of products, promotions, and contact.
